Ingredients:
1 spaghetti squash
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the squash halves and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Place squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the flesh is tender and can be easily scraped with a fork.
5. Use a fork to scrape the flesh of the spaghetti squash into strands and serve immediately.
